	Our spacious, bright, and brand-new fourth and fifth floor suites encompass three individual rooms and common areas that share skyline views of Boston and its harbor. Occupancy of the two-room suite is particularly well-suited to friends and families. Polished Italian marble flooring is present throughout the common areas and private bathrooms. Elegant French doors open onto intimate, private balconies.


	OUR SUITES The Vittoria Room is located in the fifth floor suite and offers stunning city skyline views as well as: King-size bed (or two twin beds) Ensuite full bath Cable TV and VCR Wireless broadband Internet access Executive work desk Small private balcony High ceilings


	RATES Vittoria: April-November: $170 - 225 / night December-March: $130 - 180 / night


	The Messina Room is located in the fifth floor suite, courtyard side and includes: Queen-size bed Full bath Cable TV and VCR Wireless broadband Internet access High ceilings Spacious private balcony with city skyline views


	Messina: April-November: $150 - 200 / night December-March: $95 - 160 / night

The Palermo Room in the fourth floor suite, our largest room, provides city views and the following amenities:

King-size bed (or two twin beds)
Ensuite full bath
Cable TV and VCR
Wireless broadband Internet access
Executive work desk


	Palermo: April-November: $170 - 225 / night December-March: $130 - 180 / night


	Additional raised queen size air-mattress beds are also available for additional guests at $25. Complimentary bassinette, portable cribs and strollers are also available.


	Rates include all taxes and are subject to change without notice. Room rates include a modest, complimentary, self-serve Continental breakfast in the individual suite dining areas. Rates are single or double occupancy. Charge for additional adult is $25, additional child is $10. Check or credit card deposit for the full amount is required at time of reservation.


	OUR POLICIES Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Complimentary on-site luggage storage is available during the days of arrival and departure. Reservation confirmation: A reservation is not confirmed until you have received written confirmation from us. If you do not receive such a confirmation within 24 hours of making a reservation, contact us immediately. Providing reservation information - even a credit card number - does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Cancellation policy: A $25 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. For cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the first day of your stay you will be charged for whatever portion of your stay that cannot be re-booked. For cancellations more than 21 days prior the first day of your stay, you will be charged only the $25 processing fee. There is no smoking permitted anywhere in La Cappella Suites
